About the event
Come party with Cat in the Hat and other Dr. Seuss friends at our Laps for Literacy After Party! Character encounters, costume contests, games, and art will fill the morning with fun. This event is FREE but donations are kindly accepted toward the NCCIL's vision in providing free books to classrooms each year!
