"Paper Snow People"

Based on Snowball

Materials:
Purple or blue paper for background, white paper for snow, other colored paper, hole punch, glue, scissors

Instructions:
Begin by tearing pieces of white paper and gluing them to the bottom of the blue or purple paper. This will be snow on the ground. The ground can be as wide or narrow as you choose. Draw three circles on another sheet of white paper: one large, one medium, and one small. Cut or tear these out. Glue the largest circle first. Overlap the white snow on the bottom of the page slightly to make the snowperson look like they are actually sitting on the ground. Glue the medium snowball and then the small snowball on top for the head. Punch holes for the eyes, mouth and buttons. Cut a small skinny orange “carrot” for the nose. Other shapes you might want to cut or tear out include: hat, sticks for arms, scarf, pipe, broom. You could make more than one snowperson and have a whole snow family! Punch holes out of more white paper and glue them to the background to create snow falling from the sky and enjoy this happy, snowy day!
